【研修医】初期研修医奮闘中

６月は院内に初期研修医８名(２年目４名＋１年目４名）大大大活躍してくれました。
１年目を２年目がしっかりバックアップ、２年目の皆さんの頼もしさに感動の毎日でした。上級医も交えての朝のカンファレンスではその日の確認を行います。１年目は副当直も始まりました。暑くなりますが、医局のアイス(笑)でみんなで元気出して日々過ごせたらと思います。
